I am creating an animation about anxiety. Focusing on a character on a journey about discovering their own mental health issues. I have gone through something similar with my own personal mental health. I am hoping that through t his animation, people can understand that having mental health issues is nothing to be ashamed of. By doing research, people can be more understanding and informed about possible mental health issues in their own lives and/or others.
